These last couple of weeks I have been spending a lot of time discussing what it needs to create a work environment where people can thrive. Here a short comic style summary, what I learned about leadership.

I strongly believe that a great work environment is a place where everyone is encouraged to lead. It’s a place where you’re asked to dream about where you would like to go and find time and space to share what you believe in with your colleagues. But most important: It’s a place where you’re allowed to step into the unknown, so that you can learn how to grow intellectually and emotionally.
